All sales of digital products (ebooks, masterclasses, and downloadable templates) are final and non-refundable. Since these items are digital downloads and, in some cases, delivered manually via third-party messaging services or email, access cannot be retracted once provided.

Consultation sessions or 1-on-1 coaching may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Cancellation requests received within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

When purchasing via our secure payment links or client invoices, fulfillment is managed upon transaction verification. After payment confirmation, we verify the transaction and contact you by email or WhatsApp within 1 to 4 hours during standard business hours. If purchased outside of standard business hours, delivery or onboarding schedule setup will occur on the following business day.

GS SERVICES AND SUPPLY LLC respects your privacy. We collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details solely for transaction verification, service delivery, and direct consultation coordination. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your full financial information or credit card numbers on our servers.
